This young woman hasd difficulties breathing through her nose and did not like the appearence. She felt her tip was too droopy and wished to remove the bump on the bridge. She underwent a rhinoplasty to lift and narrow the tip as well as reduce the hump.  Septoplasty was performed to improve her breathing. Results are shown at 1 year after surgery.
