This Toronto patient ahad previous rhinoplasty done many years ago.  She disliked her pinched tip and had breathing difficulites with collapse of the middle third of the nose.  She also had a build up of scar tissue ion the lower part of the bridge obscuring any tip definition ( rhinoplasty terms this is called a soft tissue pollybeak.)  Revision rhinoplasty performed to build up her tip and reduce the scar build up on the bridge.  Spreader grafts were used to correct the middle third collapse.
